Why exhibit?

More than 16,000 Rotarians and guests from over 150 countries will come together for the 2013 RI convention in Lisbon. Our members include successful business owners, corporate executives, and retired professionals who share your passion to serve and use their professional skills to help others.

The House of Friendship at the RI Convention offers a one-of-a-kind opportunity for you to showcase your service project, celebrate your Rotary accomplishment, share information about your Rotary Action Group, or market RI merchandise as a licensed RI vendor.

RI-licensed vendors

Rotary International licensed vendors, or RI licensees, are businesses and Rotary entities licensed by RI to use the Rotary Marks in connection with the sale of merchandise. RI licensees may purchase booth space only from Rotary International. RI licensees, including Rotary entities, must apply for booth space in the RI-licensed vendor area if they wish to sell or display goods. Contact RI Licensing for more information about becoming a licensed vendor.

Rotary project booths

Sign up for a Rotary project booth to showcase your exemplary project to other Rotarians. Projects must be in compliance with RI policy. Fundraising and the sale of products or merchandise are not permitted.

Rotary Fellowship booths

Use a fellowship exhibit to celebrate your Rotary Fellowship’s accomplishments and plans for the future, and to recruit new members. Fellowships interested in selling fellowship-specific products must seek approval from the general secretary during the application process. See the complete terms and conditions for details.

Rotarian Action Group booths

Give your Rotarian Action Group an opportunity to share information, plan for the future, coordinate meetings, hold informational workshops, recruit new members, and offer other activities for current and prospective members. Rotarian Action Groups cannot sell merchandise from their booth space.
