• Housing registration begins. Make hotel reservations through Experient, housing provider for the convention.

6 May

• Convention registration begins. Register by 15 December and save!

4 September

• Last day to apply for group housing. (Applications received after this date are accepted only if space is available.)

6 December

• Last day to reduce or adjust group room blocks without penalty.
• Full prepayment is due for group housing reservations.

15 December

• Last day to register for the convention at the best rate.

2013

1 March

• Group room occupant lists due to Experient.

31 March

• Last day to register at a reduced rate.
• Last day to submit registration by email, fax, or mail.

30 April

• Last day to cancel convention registration or event tickets.

24 May

• Last day to make hotel reservations through Experient.

5 June

• Last day to change hotel reservations.

15 June

• Last day to register for the convention online.

21-26 June

• Register for the convention onsite.
• Registration for the Sydney convention begins.

26 June

• Last day to cancel convention registration and event tickets because of visa denial.
