How to register
Rotarians may register for the RI convention online, by e-mail, fax or mail. Non-Rotarians will need to download the registration form. Find out more about deadlines and fees.
Note: After 15 June 2013, you can only register on-site.

Online registration requires a Member Access account (available to Rotarians and club executives or secretaries only).
Note: Allow time if you're creating a Member Access account before you register. Completing the process may take one business day or longer.

Group registration
Rotarians and club executives or secretaries can register themselves and up to four guests online. Registering a group of six or more requires submitting the registration form. For groups of 25 or more contact ri.registration@rotary.org for information and instructions.
After registration
After you register, reserve your hotel room through Experient, make travel arrangements, and if you're interested, register for ticketed host events.
