Our convenient online system makes registering easy for Rotary members, Rotaractors, and Rotary club and district employees.

An email confirmation is sent for all registrations, including faxed and mailed ones. If a letter of invitation is required for your visa application, you will receive it with your confirmation.

On-site registration

On-site registration will open at 15:00 Thursday, 30 May, in Hall A2 at the Hamburg Messe.

Airport Badge Pick-up

If you've preregistered and paid in full, you can pick up your badge in Terminal 1 or 2 at the Hamburg International Airport before arriving at the convention venue. Be sure to have your photo ID and registration number with you and look for signs and volunteers in the baggage claim area to direct you to the badge pickup locations.  Then use your badge to access the HVV Trains from the airport to downtown beginning Friday 31 May.

Registration for Children (Age 18 and younger)

Please use the Registration and Parent Consent Form for Children to register those of age 18 or younger. This form must be completed by the Parent or Legal Guardian of the Child Registrant.

Cancellations and refunds

Per the January 2016 RI Board of Directors decision, a $50 processing fee now applies to each registrant who cancels on a registration. Requests to cancel registrants or Rotary-ticketed events must be received in writing by 30 April 2019. Registrants who cancel after the deadline will not receive a refund. In cases of force majeure, refund requests will be considered on a case by case basis, and all approved refunds will be less a $50 processing fee. Registration fees and ticketed event fees will not be refunded on requests received after 30 April, unless they are due to a visa denial. Cancellations caused by visa denial must be received in writing by 5 June 2019.
