You can register online through 10 June or at the convention.

What are the registration fees?

See a full list of registration fees and what your registration includes.

What is the cancellation policy?

A $50 processing fee applies to each registrant (each person) who cancels on a registration. Requests to cancel registrants or Rotary-ticketed events must be received in writing by 30 April 2020. Registrants who cancel after the deadline will not receive a refund unless the cancellation is due to visa denial. Cancellations caused by visa denial must be received in writing by 10 June 2020. In cases of force majeure after 30 April, refund requests will be considered on a case by case basis, and the $50 processing fee will apply to all approved refunds.

RI will refund registration and ticket fees if the convention is canceled but is not responsible for travel or other related costs incurred by Rotarians and their guests. Registration and tickets are not transferable.

You can add or remove a guest from your registration at riconvention.org. Make sure you are signed in to My Rotary, and follow the REGISTER link to add a guest to or remove one from your registration.

Why am I being told I’m not eligible to register for the convention?

If you’re having difficulty registering, it might be that:

  • Your club membership needs to be updated. Ask your club president or secretary to make sure you’re listed as an active member of your club in My Rotary.
  • Your club membership is linked to a different email address. Write to data@rotary.org to have your My Rotary account associated with your membership.
  • Your My Rotary account status has changed. Sign out of My Rotary and then sign back in.

If you ’ve checked for these possible problems and you still can’t register, contact RI Registration.

Can I request a different assignment for the Opening Ceremony?

No. Assignments for the Opening Ceremony are based on when you register. We can’t fulfill requests to change your assignment. However, if seating is still available after everyone assigned to a ceremony is seated, you may be able to attend.

I cancelled my registration. How can I reregister?

You’ll need to fax or mail the registration form. Unfortunately, you can’t register online after you cancel a registration.

The registration rate that’s in effect when you register again will apply.
