Toronto is hosting a separate citywide event during the Rotary Convention that is raising demand and prices for hotels. To make sure you find a room at a rate that meets your needs, we encourage you to book your hotel through Experient as soon as possible. 

Rotary negotiates with hotels for the guaranteed lowest nightly rate for 23-27 June, including applicable taxes and fees. We want to make sure you’re getting the best deal possible. Should you find a lower rate for those dates at one of the properties listed on our website, please contact us at

If you prefer to reserve your hotel by mail or fax, download the individual hotel reservation form and submit it by 10 May 2018 (limited availability after this date). Reservations cannot be accepted by email. See contact information below.

Group housing

To book 15 or more rooms, download the group housing form and submit it, via mail, fax or email (online reservations not available). Requests will be processed on a space-available basis. See contact information below.

Group housing deadlines

2 October: Last day to make changes to your room block without penalty; after this date any rooms released from your block, up to the payment deadline of 4 December, will incur a $150 per room penalty
4 December: Last day to make your first and last nights’ deposit for each room held in your block
26 February: Last day to provide names for all reserved rooms
10 May: Last day to change names on reserved rooms
